True, this is not what Congress had in mind when it appropriated money for the U.S. Forest Service. Still, it is an excellent idea. “Intercultural communication diversity dialogue” can be extremely useful. The ability to communicate non-violence could be really helpful in this instance. Whether it necessarily should occur in a circle is another question.
