Vance Excoriates European Big Shots

In Munich speech, Vance excoriates Europe over censorship, mass migration.

The Vice President addresses European leaders: “If America can survive 10 years of Greta Thunberg’s scolding, you guys can survive a few months of Elon Musk.”

The bottom line: Europe thinks it can send activists for socialism and big government over here to harass us and convince us to curtail our freedoms. But they are frightened and infuriated when we send Elon Musk over there to advocate for the cause of freedom, especially free speech.

But Europe, including the UK, have no First Amendment. How could they? They have no constitution at all. All they have is tradition. But a tradition of what? Authoritarianism. From feudalism to monarchy to violent revolution to communism and fascism. From kings and emperors to Napoleon to der Führer to the Central Committee of the Communist Party. But they have the gall to lecture us on what speech is permitted.

I don’t agree with everything Musk says. But when I see the sour expressions on the faces of European big wigs, I smile so broadly that my face hurts. Here is German Chancellor Scholz with his typically friendly, welcoming expression. A thousand apologies, Herr Chancellor, but Mr. Musk says what he thinks. Maybe you should try it.
