Woke Joke Goes Up In Smoke
Cheech and Chong made a film called “Up In Smoke,” referring to their advocacy of marijuana. But we need not use psychoactive substances to cloud our minds and live in fantasy. Being a woke progressive will do that quite nicely.
Wisconsin Governor Tom Evers has not yet entered the Trump era. He thinks he is still living in the Biden era of woke misuse of words. He wants to replace “husband” and “wife” in state law with “spouse.”
Even worse, he wants to replace “mother” with “inseminated person.” Big problem. What if the woman adopted the child? What if the mother is a man? What if the woman is a professional, who froze her eggs while working in her career? What if those eggs were then fertilized? The eggs were inseminated, but she wasn’t. Is she not a mother?
This woke idiot acts like a small child who just found out where babies come from, and is obsessed with the biology, but hasn’t grasped the emotional and spiritual aspects of motherhood. And that is a key characteristic of leftism: childishness.
If my brother has something, it means that I was deprived of it. If women can do something I can’t do, I must devalue it. If women are essential to the continuation of the species, I must denigrate women and cause them to be beaten – and sometimes actually beaten up – in sports.
“Mother”? No no, de-emphasize feminine and emphasize the masculine. Call her (them, it?) “inseminated person.” Demote her from center of the home and raiser of children to recipient of sperm. But then call yourself a feminist. What a sick joke.
How about a compromise? You call mothers “inseminated persons.” And instead of governor, we’ll call you “wokest of the woke” or “moron in chief.” Or in deference to the bilingual, “El Estupidisimo.” Yes, that would be diverse, equitable, and inclusive. DIE, indeed. We knew that chivalry is dead. But reason?
