Excellent history lesson for Zelensky from Townhall’s Terry Jeffrey:
As ambassador to France during our Revolutionary War with Britain, Benjamin Franklin went out of his way to assure the French government and people of our gratitude for their help. He remains an icon of wisdom.
On the contrary, the French ambassador to America went out of his way to bypass and frustrate our government. He remains forgotten, except as as example of how not to act with an ally.
Question: Did the Oval Office blowup occur because of Zelensky’s ineptitude and foolish desire to bite the hand that feeds him? Or was it the result of Zelensky’s stupidity in listening to the advice of Democrat leaders, whose object was to embarrass Trump and keep the war going as their gravy train?
Answer: What’s the difference? In either case, Putin smiles broadly, while more Ukrainians and Russians die every day, and the gravy train keeps rolling along.
