Judges Run Amok

There are 94 federal district courts comprising 677 district court judges. As things stand now, and one of the 677 can issue a national injunction affecting the President and all 333 million residents of the U.S. We can no longer say citizens, because many residents are not citizens.

But how is this possible? The lowest level of federal court judge can issue orders that:
1) Affect people outside that district, who are subject to another district court.
2) Affect parties who are not in the courtroom before that judge.
3) Affect people and actions of which the judge knows nothing, and has not bothered to inform himself.
4) Affect people who have not had the opportunity to argue their case.

For example, when Judge Boasberg ordered the airplane to turn around and bring the deportees back, did he know how much fuel the plane had? Did he know whether the crew were due the required hours of rest? If the plane was over international waters, as appears to be true, did he know that not only himself but the entire U.S. Government had no jurisdiction? In fact, what if anything did he know?
