A Man From Maryland? No, A Gang Member From Salvador

Attorney General Pam Bondi scorches Democrats who call Abrego Garcia a “man from Maryland” and call for his “return” from El Salvador after deportation. No, he is an illegal immigrant from El Salvador, a suspected MS-13 gang member, and the subject of two restraining orders for beating his wife.

When reporters asked Salvadorean President Bukele if he will “rerturn” Abrego Garcia to the US, Bukele replied, “I have no intention of smuggling him into the US.” That says it rather well.

That guy is the object of Democrats’ sympathy and concern. There, in a brief report, is what is wrong with today’s Democrat Party. That is why they lost the election. Can you imaging Franklin Roosevelt or John F. Kennedy choosing that man to stand up for? You can’t? My point exactly.

Mother Teresa had more sympathy than I do, no doubt. But even her sympathy was not unlimited. Wisely, she chose to spend it on those who needed it most, the poor of India. The middle class and rich need sympathy, too, but Mother Teresa used all of hers on the poor. She surely did not squander it on gang members and wife beaters.

Let is follow her example. Let us stop wasting our sympathy on those who do not deserve it, so we have none left for those who do. Bring Abrego Garcia home? No, he is home where he belongs, in a Salvadorean prison.
