Harvard Law Review Under Review
Law reviews are publications of law schools, mainly written by selected students. The reviews are intended to advance the study of a particular aspect of the law, and to advance the careers of the students.
However, internal emails reveal (surprise!) that authors were selected not so much on the basis of their scholarship, but on the basis of their race or ethnicity. You can’t receive federal funds and discriminate like that. So now the woke chickens are coming home to roost. And Harvard Law School will be the recipient of the avian excreta.
