Full Due Process For Deportation?

1) Open the border and allow millions of illegal aliens to enter without papers, and without being accurately identified. The illegal alien who shot Kate Steinle to death on a San Francisco street was first arrested under a different name. After being repeatedly deported and arrested for drug offenses, we still didn’t know who he really was. To call that chaos is an insult to chaos.

2) Once millions of illegals are here, demand full due process, that is, lengthy court hearings, with appeals, to deport even one of them. Only enemies would suggest that. Only self-destructive idiots would do it. Let them in freely by the millions. Remove them one-by-one with great difficulty. The Three Stooges couldn’t have planned it better.

If my brother-in-law is living with me and refuses to leave, I may need a court hearing to evict him. But if someone kicks in my door at 3 am, I need the Legal Clinic of Smith & Wesson. It does not take Albert Einstein to understand that. It takes a person with a lick of common sense.
