More Blacks Working Construction?

I live in Los Angeles. It’s a rare event to see a Black person working construction or roofing. Occasionally a plumber, electrician, or other tradesman, yes. But not construction. Now that many illegals are being deported, I hope to see more Blacks. Time will tell, but I’ll bet serious money I am correct.
