Charlie Kirk Murdered

Normally I would not post a video of someone being murdered. But these are not normal times. Conservative speakers must hire bodyguards to appear at universities, assuming they are invited at all. Jewish students must lock themselves in a room at Columbia to escape anti-Semitic mobs. A women’s sports advocate was held hostage and threatened at another university. Candidate Trump came within 1 to 2 centimeters of having his brains splattered over the first two rows of spectators.

And now Charlie Kirk is shot to death while addressing Utah Valley University. The 31-year-old Kirk was founder of Turning Point USA and a leading conservative radio host. Needless to say, he never advocated violence in any form. But to progressives, his ideas WERE violence in themselves, and hence justified violence to silence them. If you want totalitarianism in one sentence, there it is.

Note to those who justify this violence, especially the idiots on the internet who rejoiced at Kirk’s death: Do you imagine that it is either effective or safe to infuriate the half of the country that owns the great majority of the guns? I think it is terminally stupid.
