These are the atomic scientists kicked out by the Nazis because they were Jews, or in the case of Fermi, married to a Jew.

Could the Nazis have built a nuclear weapon if they had left the Jews alone? Probably not, they lacked the industrial capacity. But they could have come close. Or Hitler could have left the Jews alone until he won the war, and then exterminated them.

Hitler’s hatred of Jews was even stronger than his desire to win the war and conquer all Europe. Hatred that deep is bad for everyone, even the hater. Those who put up posts adulating Hitler should keep that in mind. When your role model lost the greatest war in history and committed suicide in an underground bunker, perhaps you should rethink your position.
