“Jesus Is Jewish” – Heresy And Blasphemy?

“This is heresy and blasphemy.” Oh really?

Suggestion: Watch Midnight Mass from the Vatican, even if you are not Catholic. You will hear the Christmas story according to St. Luke.

Jesus was born in Bethlehem of Judea. His parents were there because his foster father Joseph was of the house of David. Seems pretty clear to me.

Jesus was circumcised on the eighth day. His disciples called him rabbi, meaning my teacher. He threw the money changers out of the Temple. If he were not Jewish, why would he care? Then he went up to Jerusalem to observe Passover. Who else observed Passover? Etc. etc.

If you don’t believe the New Testament, okay, be an honest atheist. But don’t claim to be a Christian and then deny what the Gospels say. It is hypocritical.
