New York vs Tokyo
• NYC’s annual budget is double Tokyo’s. But Tokyo has twice as many people, cleaner urban environments, superior public transit, lower crime rates, almost no homelessness, and better public education.
But, you see, Tokyo is run by Japanese for Japanese. New York City is run by Marxists for Marxists. In both cases, they are successful. Tokyo works for Japanese, New York City works for Marxists.

Before you decide whether someone is succeeding of failing, you have to discover what he is trying to do. The rulers of New York are succeeding – at making the place unlivable for New Yorkers but friendly to migrants, providing that the migrants have values antithetical to the values of New Yorkers.
