Cyrus The Great, We Owed You

In 538 BC, Cyrus the Great established the Persian Empire and conquered Babylon, where the Jews had been held captive. He freed them and allowed them to return home to Israel and rebuild the Temple. Cyrus is referred to in the Bible by his Persian name, Koresh.

Do you suppose that Cyrus called in his chit? Do you think that this longstanding debt finally came due? Is it possible that President Trump, acting in America’s best interest, also acted in the best interest of the Persian people in ridding them of the despotic regime that had oppressed them? Is it conceivable that in doing so, Trump repaid Cyrus?
