No, not in the capital city of Havana, but in Morón de Ciego de Ávila, a city of about 150,000. I am not enough of a speaker of Spanish to make an intelligent joke about naming a city Morón.

But I am enough of a student of history to note that Communist Party headquarters was located in a place called Moron of Blind Men. That really says everything about communism that we need to know. Perhaps Mayor Mamdani and numerous college professors should take note.
