“President” Xi?
It is my understanding that China uses the same word for Xi as it did for Mao. But our media called Mao “chairman,” while they call Xi “president.”

I believe this is the media’s attempt to legitimize Xi as if he were an elected president of a free country, rather than a dictator of an unfree country, like Mao or Stalin. Sorry guys. When we look into Xi’s cold eyes, we know what we are looking at. You’ll have to do better than that.
