Baseball legend Yogi Berra had many famous sayings, some of which he actually said. Perhaps the best was, “They put us in a ritzy hotel where the towels were so fluffy, you couldn’t close your suitcase.”

But the most meaningful quote was the one about crossroads. When confronting a choice, don’t just stand there contemplating. Consider carefully, then make the best choice you can, and go ahead.

You may not follow football. You may not follow pro football. You may not follow popular music. You may not follow Spanish popular music. You may not care about half time shows at the Super Bowl. No matter.

Whether you know it or not, you are facing a crossroads, a Y in the road. Follow Yogi Berra’s advice. Take it. You can have Bad Bunny and his Spanish language obscenities. Or you can have Turning Point USA. But you must choose. If you don’t, Bad Bunny will be chosen for you, with all that implies.
