Huge fire at one of nation’s largest chicken farms kills 100,000 chickens. Huge farms also enhance the spread of bird flu. Huge packing plants result in huge lots of ground beef being contaminated. For a safer food supply go to smaller installations, or at least large installations divided into separate sections. This is true even if we ignore the possibility of sabotage.
