Allen, Texas mall shooting leaves 8 dead, 7 injured, shooter killed by police. All of our Constitution including the 2nd Amendment depends, as John Adams said, on a “moral and religious people.” We are no longer raising such people. So why are we surprised? Either people control themselves, or the government must control them.
