Remember that when Hitler was losing the war, he refused to surrender, survived an assassination attempt, sent thousands of German troops to useless deaths – and finally, to delay the Russian advance a few hours, he flooded the Berlin subways, drowning thousands of Germans hiding there. If he had nukes, do you doubt he would have used them?
