Buy electric cars but don’t charge them. Install electric appliances but don’t use them. Over-stress the already failing grid but don’t upgrade it. Increase power consumption but don’t increase supply, in fact decrease it. Emulate Europe and create energy poverty, where people can’t afford to heat their homes in winter or cool them in summer. Failure isn’t an option, it’s mandatory.
